• Dr. Saleem Al-Nuaimi, MD MSc FRCPC

    Co-Founder

    Born and raised in Edmonton, Saleem completed his medical training, specialty residency training in Psychiatry and a Master of Science in Neurochemistry at the University of Alberta.

    Saleem is a Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist specializing in Crisis Services, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, and Neuro-Psychiatric Developmental Disorders. He has worked at the Stollery Children’s Hospital, Glenrose
    Rehabilitation Hospital, Royal Alexandra Hospital and in private practice.

    Saleem is deeply involved with medical relief efforts where he travels to conflict zones to assist with mental health relief efforts for refugees and displaced persons. He specializes in the use of tele-psychiatry as a digital tool for providing psychiatric care to those most in need with limited access.

  • Maan Zubair, BSc BTech

    Co-Founder

    Maan and his family moved to Vancouver in 2001 where he spent his youth and later completed his degree in Health Sciences at Simon Fraser University in 2013 with a focus on population and quantitative health. Shortly after in 2015, he obtained a degree in Technology Management from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology.

    Two days after immigrating to Canada, Maan lost his beloved cousin to suicide. It was this tragic event that shaped his interest in mental health.

    Having worked both in the corporate world and as the current Executive Director of an Edmonton based non-profit organization, Maan has developed great admiration of social entrepreneurship as a way of making a positive change in the lives of others

    Lead Game Designer

    Oussama completed his Degree in Digital Game Design at Istanbul Bilgi University. He worked on numerous projects across various platforms where he specialized in game design, player interaction, and game balancing. He is an ardent gamer who loves to explore new creative possibilities.
